  • Captured image of system (heating, AC) uploading feature provided to the technician and the data is auto-stored AWS bucket.
  • Automated an alert mechanism to notify customers of membership lapses, with data synchronized in Chrome for expired memberships.
  • Implemented a drag-and-drop calendar for managing field technicians' schedules, and automated scheduling based on technician availability, considering proximity and service priorities.
  • Provided real-time updates and notifications for appointments and changes.
  • Enabled real-time tracking of inventory levels and stock movements, with automated reordering and alerts for low stock.
  • Automated invoice generation based on service orders and timesheets, with integration to payment gateways for seamless transactions.
