Our client operates a mid-sized clinic with 25+ pediatricians and 100+ nurses, specializing in providing treatments for medical conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. They use Salesforce to manage patient records, schedule appointments, communicate with patients’ families, and analyze data related to patients and the clinic. The primary struggle was to manage large volumes of data and track various metrics, such as appointments, vaccinations, etc., across different Salesforce objects.
